When you'll hear back
During beta we usually reply the same day. If it's an urgent problem with a published site, just put "urgent" in the subject line.
What people usually ask
- I'm out of credits and can't wait. Write to us — during beta we can add credits manually.
- I want to connect a domain. Pick one from the domain list in the publishing step and send it to us; we'll set it up.
- The site it built isn't what I expected. You can change it by writing in the chat; if that still doesn't work, send us your request and we'll look at the prompt side.
- I want my data deleted. Write to us and we'll delete your account and everything you've built.
