Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the studio — no phone call, no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep Pro features until then. Nothing further is charged.

Your site is not deleted when you cancel. It moves back to its free address and stays online.

Refunds

Because İyziWeb Pro is a digital service that starts immediately, we don't offer refunds simply for change of mind after the service has been used. We do refund in these cases:

• Charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled: refunded in full.
• Service unavailable — an extended outage on our side that prevented you using Pro: refunded pro rata for the affected days.
• Charged but never activated — payment taken and Pro never enabled: refunded in full.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within a few business days.

The domain

If a domain was registered as part of your subscription, it is registered in your name for a year and that cost is not recoverable by us. If you cancel within the first two months a $10 domain fee is charged. The domain remains yours either way.

Credits

Credits are part of the plan, not a separate purchase. They have no cash value and are not refunded individually. Unused credits do not roll over between periods.

How to ask

Write to info@appfellas.dev from the email address on the account, saying what happened. We reply within thirty days at the latest, and usually the same day.
