Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of İyziWeb ("the Service"), operated by AppFellas from Türkiye. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

İyziWeb builds a website from a description you write, using generative AI models. It produces the design, the copy, the images and the page code, and can publish the result on a free address under iyziweb.app.

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, limits may be adjusted and occasional interruptions are possible. We say plainly what is ready and what is not.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• One person or business per account. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
• Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Credits

Building and revising sites consumes credits. Free-plan credits refresh daily and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable on their own. We may adjust the limits of the free plan, with notice.

4. Content you provide

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You grant us only the licence we need to run the Service: to store your content, send it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, generate your site from it and publish it when you ask us to.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Content the Service generates

The site produced for you — its copy, images and code — is yours. You may export it, host it elsewhere and modify it freely.

Because the output is generated by AI, it may contain errors. You are responsible for checking it before publishing — in particular prices, contact details, legal claims and any statement about your business. Once you publish, the content is yours in every sense, including responsibility for it.

6. What you may not do

• Build sites for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing or malware distribution
• Impersonate another person, business or brand
• Publish content that infringes copyright or trademarks
• Publish sexual content involving minors, or content inciting violence or hatred
• Sell goods or services whose sale is prohibited by law
• Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell the Service as your own product without a written agreement

Details are in the Content Policy. We may refuse a request, unpublish a site or close an account that breaches these rules.

7. Publishing and availability

Published sites are served over HTTPS on our infrastructure. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; the Service is provided on an "as is" basis during beta. We may take a site offline if it breaches these terms or if we are legally required to.

8. Paid plans

Paid plans are not yet active. When they open, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be stated on the pricing page before you are charged, and the cancellation and refund terms will apply.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time from the studio. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, your sites are unpublished and your content is deleted, except records we are legally required to keep — see the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where they affect you directly, by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
