Abuse and Takedown

İyziWeb hosts the sites its users publish under iyziweb.app. This page explains how to report content you believe is unlawful or infringing, and how we handle such reports.
Who to contact
Send reports to info@appfellas.dev. We are AppFellas, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye, and we operate İyziWeb.
What to include
So that we can act quickly, please include:
- The full address of the page (for example
example.iyziweb.app/…) - What the problem is — infringement, unlawful content, impersonation, personal data
- If it's a rights claim: what the work is, and evidence that you hold the rights or act for the rights holder
- Your name and an address we can reply to
- A statement that the information you've given is accurate
What happens next
- We acknowledge your report.
- We review the page against our Content Policy and the applicable law.
- Where the breach is clear — fraud, malware, child sexual content — we remove the content immediately.
- In less clear cases we contact the site owner and give them a chance to respond.
- We tell you the outcome.
Urgent categories are handled the same day where possible.
If your site was taken down
You will be told why. If you believe the decision was wrong, reply to that message with your explanation and we will review it again. Where the takedown was our mistake, the site is restored.
Court and authority orders
We comply with valid orders from competent authorities and courts. Where a removal is based on such an order, we tell the site owner unless the order forbids it.
Records
As a hosting provider under Turkish law we retain traffic records for published sites for between one and two years. These records are disclosed only to competent authorities, and only when legally required.
