Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: AppFellas, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye, info@appfellas.dev.
Buyer: the account holder who subscribes, identified by the details given at sign-up.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale of a monthly subscription to İyziWeb Pro, a digital service, on the terms set out in the pre-purchase information.

3. Product and price

İyziWeb Pro — $15 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled. The features included are listed on the pricing page and in the pre-purchase information.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in advance for each monthly period, by the payment method registered to the account, through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery and performance

The service is activated on the account immediately after payment is confirmed. The Seller undertakes to keep the service available on a best-effort basis and to notify the Buyer of planned interruptions where practicable.

6. Withdrawal

The service begins immediately with the Buyer's express consent, and the right of withdrawal ends at that point. Refunds outside the withdrawal right are governed by the cancellation and refund terms.

7. Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel at any time from the studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no further payment is taken. Pro features remain available until that date.

8. Domain

Where a domain is registered as part of the subscription, it is registered in the Buyer's name for one year. If the subscription is cancelled within the first two months, a $10 domain fee applies.

9. Content and responsibility

Sites are generated by AI from the Buyer's description. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing and for the accuracy of published content, as set out in the Terms of Service and the Content Policy.

10. Termination by the Seller

The Seller may suspend or terminate the subscription where the Buyer breaches the Terms of Service or the Content Policy. Where termination is not caused by a breach, unused prepaid time is refunded pro rata.

11. Complaints and disputes

Complaints go to info@appfellas.dev and are answered within thirty days. This agreement is governed by Turkish law.

12. Records

The Seller keeps a record of this agreement and of the transaction, and provides a copy to the Buyer on request.
